I'm Eric Pardoe, and I've spent my whole life on both sides of the platform.

I grew up the son of a worship pastor, and today I lead worship and oversee production at New Life Church's Downtown Little Rock campus. I know what Sunday morning looks like for a volunteer tech team, and what's at stake when the system doesn't work.

On the technical side, I've worked in commercial and educational AV integration, designing and installing systems and seeing firsthand how quotes are built. I served as senior AV technician at the Robinson Center in downtown Little Rock, supporting touring theater productions and concerts. Today I'm the technical operations manager for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's Mass Communication Department and its television station, where I also teach Digital Audio Production.

Fidelity AVL started with phone calls from my dad. Whenever his church received an AVL quote, he'd send it my way and ask, "Is this right?" Sometimes it was. Sometimes it wasn't. It was then that I realized most churches don't have anyone to call, so I built Fidelity AVL to be that call.

I don't sell equipment, take kickbacks, or do installs. My only job is helping your church make a wise decision with the resources God has given you.
